These are the Bethany Children...the Tweenies they called them, not quite toddlers but more than infants, eating carefully rationed out cheerios. Orphans, most whose mothers died of AIDS, some whose parents abused them, others who were just left somewhere for dead. All beautiful, beautiful children.
